Today I visited my undergraduate program's gateway course, Earth Systems 10, to give a guest lecture on energy policy. A big thanks to the ES 10 team—Richard Nevle, Clare LeDuff, and their TAs—for having me, as well as to my friend Deana Fabbro-Johnston for putting my name forward in the first place. It meant a lot to me to be on the other side of the ES 10 classroom. Majoring in Earth Systems put me on the track I'm on today, in no small part because of Deana's commitment to her students and the incredible community that persists to this day. I'm looking forward to seeing more of everyone in the months and years to come.
